Mirror Image Supervision Services, LLC offers professionally facilitated Supervised and Monitored Visitation for families navigating custody disputes, court involvement, or complex parenting situations where structured visitation is appropriate, with or without an active court order.​

These visits are private-pay services and are separate from county or social services programs.

We provide a safe, neutral, and child-focused environment that supports meaningful parent-child contact. Our trained visitation facilitators ensure visits are conducted respectfully, safely, and in accordance with clearly defined expectations.

Is this the same as County-Referred Visitation?

​We offer court-ordered/private pay visitation services that are privately funded and separate from social services programs.

What is your cancellation policy?

Visits must be prepaid and are scheduled for a specific date, time, and facilitator. Cancellation policies and fees are reviewed during the orientation meeting . â€‹

Do I need a court order to use this service?

No. While many families are court-involved, we also accept self-referrals or referrals from attorneys or GALs without a court order.

Are reports automatically shared?

No. All documentation is confidential and will only be released if subpoenaed.

What’s the difference between Supervised and Monitored Visitation?

Supervised visits involve full-time staff presence; monitored visits involve periodic staff check-ins.

​Court Appearance Policy & Fees

​Supervised Visitation Facilitators from Mirror Image Supervision Services, LLC may be required to appear in court to provide factual testimony regarding visitation services. These appearances are limited to objective observation and documentation only. No therapeutic opinions, custody recommendations, or evaluations are provided.

Court Appearance Fees

​​Invoices for court appearances are prepared and sent within seven days of the scheduled appearance. Payment must be received within 30 days of the invoice date. Accounts not paid within this timeframe may incur late fees.

  • In-person court testimony: $150 flat fee

  • Virtual or phone-in appearance: $50/hour (minimum $50)​

Accepted Payment Methods

Clients may submit payments via cash, card, or CashApp. Please note, we do not accept personal checks. Checks are only accepted when payment is made directly by attorneys or legal representatives for invoiced services. Tap-to-pay available.

Getting Started

Coordination & Scheduling

  • We will connect with both parties to review availability and assign a supervised visitation facilitator.

Intake Meeting

  • Attend a one-time meeting where we’ll go over expectations, policies, and logistics.

  • Orientation Fee: $75 (non-refundable)

Begin Visitation

  • Once the intake is complete and payment is received, visits can begin.

  • Visitation Fee: $60/hour (prepaid)
