We strive to deliver a professionally supervised environment for exchanges and prioritize limited contact to maintain safety and avoid conflict.
Our Process
Once a Referral is received and contact is made, all parents complete a required orientation before services begin. We then help to reduce direct contact between parties while supporting a child's emotional well-being and compliance with court orders.

Scheduling & Fees
Our Current Availability is:
Fridays: 5PM-6PM
Sundays: 1PM-2PM
(All services are scheduled in advance.)
Fees:
Exchange Service...$40
Parent Orientation...$50 (Required)
Payment required prior to services
Professional Standards
Staff maintain high professional standards in compliance with Wisconsin Court expectations. Staff are trained to in conflict de-escalation, child development and trauma informed care.
Documentation :
Routine exchanges include minimal documentation. Incident reports will be completed when necessary.
Records released only by subpoena or court order.
